Wasdale, male Parsons Jack Russell Terrier, DOB 2006
Wasdale, Parsons Jack Russell Terrier, DOB 2006 Gatwick, Surrey
Homing Requirements: Wasdale needs a family who have experience of terriers and can support him ensuring he is ever safe and understood for the 'working type' Parson's Jack Russell he is. Wasdale's family will be committed to retaining him on a lead whenever outside of the house. He needs a secure garden and exit management e.g. front door and back gates carefully managed. Wasdale could live with responsible older children.
His Story: Wasdale was found stray in the Lake District. He has clear working instincts which will need to be carefully managed to ensure Wasdale's safety as he has no road sense. Wasdale is neutered, chipped and vax'd. Currently in boarding kennels near Gatwick.
Advert: Wasdale looks the soft toy but he is actually a very real terrier. He is of working stock and when on his walk he is busy scouting through the bushes and any possible hiding place for small animals. He is easy to manage on an extender lead and is a delight to walk. An affectionate chap who we haven’t had the chance to assess within a home setting.
Wasdale is a 6 year old wire haired Parson's Jack Russell Terrier/White Fell Terrier. He has been stated to be 6 years old but we consider him younger. Has just been treated for an acute skin condition which cleared with one treatment. Wasdale was of the Dales ... now looking for his very own family.
Please note that this dog is currently in boarding kennels and is also available for foster until a 'forever' home is found.
