What could you eat, and eat and eat and eat!

Until you could eat no more

Right now, I could eat Yoghurt and Chia seeds until I was busting! I've had three servings already

What's interesting tho, is I'm currently on antibiotics and we all know how they kill good bacteria... well live yoghurt contains good bacteria... so maybe I'm not craving it after all, my body is!

Irish soda bread and cheese, toast, cheese, hummus, grilled mackerel, baked spuds.

Not forgetting spinach and watercress - and broccoli.
