My name's Helen, and I'm an ice cream addict I do walk it off though, it's not settling.....yet, but my addiction is getting worse, so I might be running soon instead of walking (AWAY from that freezer hopefully lol!)
Got over my chocolate addiction, now I'm onto gingernut biscuits dunked in coffee. It takes a great deal of willpower not to finish off a full packet in one go
Ive gone onto
cuppa soups!
Hot chocolate drinks - yummy Bars of pink/ white nougat
I used to love them!

Oooo H I used to love ice cream but haven't had it for years. Although I did try the Swiss Glace brand - which is lactose free.
A healthier alternative is getting a auger juicer and making your own sorbets:
I want to get one

At least you are getting your five a day Carole (I used to work in a bakery, and I was addicted to freshly cooked doughnuts )

Gosh you guys are reminding me of all the things I haven't had for years. My mouth is watering Tea and biscuits - last time I had that must have been over 10 years ago (anyone do milk and biscuits too?)
