Dax in heaven now

Dax died on 7 May 2012 and I miss her every day. She had lymphoma and was about to get treatment when she suddenly got worse. She was in pain and I couldn't see her suffer any more.

She was the best dog ever - my shadow.

Sorry to hear about Dax - I lost Gertie my lurcher exactly a week later and know how hard it is.

So sorry for your sad loss of Dax. I too lost a dog earlier this year, and although the months have gone by, he is still remembered every day. Each one is just that bit more special isn't it, which makes losing them that much harder each time. There is no cure for you, just knowing, that all of us, as real dog lovers know exactly how you are feeling. Sometimes it can take a very long time indeed, but one day you will be able to remember him with a smile on your face as you cherish those wonderful, happy memories, I promise you.xxxx
