I have never seen fresh or frozen sardines here, and only once have I seen frozen mackerel. Tinned sardines, which Pereg would consider only one mouthful, cost ~£1 per tin, and the only tinned mackerel I have seen are smoked mackerel, which cost ~£2 for a small tin.
So the only fish Pereg gets are cheap white fish fillets [Arrowtooth Flounder or Alaskan Pollock] which she loves. No useful Omega 3 in them though but she has Omega 3 FBO capsules to make up for that. [I could give her Nile Perch which apparently has the most Omega 3 of any fish, but it is too expensive for this old meanie who keeps it for herself!

If I could get fresh or frozen sardines and mackerel I would be in my element as I used to love them.
