I still have for sale my 2 bedroom detached bungalow with kennels. Was advertised on here a while back but seems to have vanished!
Situated near Boston, Lincs on main A52. Has brick/breeze kennel block for 23 dogs (currently housing greyhounds), further sheds for 8 dogs and 5 letting out pens.
All set in 1/3rd acre with no near neighbours.
Bungalow requires some work/updating but has plenty of potential and room to extend.
Variety of uses for anyone with dogs/animals in lovely quiet location with open field views.
Not suitable for boarding/cattery use.
Sorry no renting option.
NOW AT REDUCED PRICE OF £146,995.
My email is ruslinkennels@btinternet.com

Hmmmm I could start a Dogsey Rescue

Do you have more details/photos of the house itself? Have similar properties in the area been granted planning permission for extension?

Could you find it on the google maps site http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?ct=reset and then click on 'link' and copy and paste what's in the 'Paste link in email or IM' box - interested to know where it is.

Is there a planning restriction with regards to boarding? Has permission ever been tried in this respect?

Someone who was interested in using it as a boarding kennels rung the council as was told there was insufficient room to make a car park for customers so planning permission would not be granted.
Shame as I think it would be perfect! Just being honest and telling people as most people seem interested in using it for boarders.
