I'm just off to agility now
Our group is mainly Belgian Shepherds (differing types) we have a couple of new members with labs, a Springer, a Pointer & a SBT.
Very addictive & great fun if you have a nice bunch of people & a good instructor.

but doing it at the classes, is just like training isnt it? presume its like ringcraft, training the dog for the ring, but never entering a show?

somehow cant see a frenchie doing agility

plus i do like some of the pastoral breeds, but it seems agility is very much collies, or shelties, or mini poodles

Can you not do agility with cresteds?

Cooper has been watching the agility on TV and seems to be enjoying it so we are going to try it.
Our local agility club always seems to be full and it's too far away from where we hope to move to so I am just going to buy/make my own equipment to have a go

i was going to say that..little dogs are ace at agility

...be careful buying the equipment and doing it yourself...unless you have competed and know 'the ropes'

I'm not doing it to compete, just to give my boy something to do: -) He already jumps over the jumps I set out for the horses.
