Lambing Live

Has anyone been watching the TV programme since last sunday about lambing live, i thought it was really interesting as its a working farm of 3 generations of family on a day to day basis and those lambs are so cute i wish i could have one, the only bit i didnt like was when they took some lambs to the abatoir (sorry spelling).

I've been watching it and it has been interesting but there seems to be an awful lot iof intervention in the lambing process. Not sure whether it was just for the camera's though.

I have been watching the programme wishing it was me there with all the Lambs . Years ago I used to help a farmer boyfriend with lambing and loved it , the programme brings back lots of happy memories ..

thanks, its incredibly hard work, but its so rewarding at the same time,

though when you do loose lambs it can be quite upsetting,

I haven't watched more than 10 mins of this programme (hubby refuses to watch it! ), but just wanted to say that there is usually more intervention when lambing in sheds anyway - because the ewes don't have the space to settle themselves (we lamb outdoors), but I am sure that there will also be a lot more interfering going on for the sake of the TV cameras!

Just out of curiosity, what did you find annoying? I'm guessing you didn't watch it for the same reasons I can't bare Holby City - no where near realistic!
