when we had our mals, one of the males Ice just loved possums and would pull them off the barns and eat the lot but Chase on the other hand didn't like the way the smelt having come across a fresh road kill to on sniff an walked off but rabbitts he adored and would swallow in two bites when ever he caught one and Storm well she wasn't fussy anything would do even birds that she would leap into the air to get but the only bird she would kill and not eat was starlings, and all of this would be in our paddocks, they are dogs doing what comes natural to them

They would nail everything in site but - I'm shocked

Remember Fingal & Skye are 'very good friends'

Ooooo, that's good, there's quite a few pheasants here at the mo

I'm sure we could over look thier 'good friendship' as long as they catch thier quarry first

Meanwhile, I shall be cuddling Breagh somewhere

Are you a pheasant plucker

You may need to improvise a tad.

Fingal will be soft mouthed if he's retrieving a 'bird' but he's like the terminator if it's something he needs to get 'off' Skye.

That depends on how you want to interpret it Phil

The mind boggles Phil

Here's me thinking that a true gundog is meant to have a mouthlike a velvet glove
