Princess and the pea ( greyhound)

We have just had a new kitchen fitted and a new floor is being put down so I've had to pile all the dog beds in the spare room for today.Now don't feel too sorry for the doggies - there is the sofa and another dog bed in the living room. So bearing this in mind ( and the fact that Alices' aim in life is to spend as much time as possible on said sofa ) where do you think I found her this morning? Well on her new fave bed of course- atop a pile of three Tuffies and assorted fleece and vetbeds! Can't help but remember the story of the princess and the pea!

Must be a Greyhound thing then, Mo heads for the most comfortable, warmest or sunniest spot. Woe be tide any one who sits on her settee

Oh I think so Nippy yes, it's definitely a greyhound thing.
And you're right about the settee. If the other dogs happen to be on it she just stands and whinges at them till they give up and get off. If I happen to be on it she just climbs aboard anyway! Guess who's in charge?

What a Pile up. Def. The Princess she looks fo regal and Royal on her very comfy tower Just waiting for her prince to climb up and rescue her.
