Shoulder surgeon tomorrow

I have my appointment for tomorrow morning. Not sure if the confirmation letter is NHS or private ( dont want to ask either )

Thing is I have now got the pain under control, and just have very limited movement - which I have learnt to live with

What is concerning me is if he will want to try to move it under local anesthetic, I think I would rather be put to sleep!!!!

They have said they may use keyhole if necessary, less invasive and quicker to heal.

This has been a longhaul, and looking forward to "putting on my own bra" "washing hair with both hands" the simple things that we all take for granted!

Please keep your fingers crossed for me xxxxx

I dont think they will do it under local, when I had mine dont it was under a general

know what you mean, simple little things, washing /drying your hair, fastening a bra... just lifting up your arm is impossible.

But it will be worth it in the end... once it is done. You will need physio to help you biuld up strength in the arm.

Fingers crossed ..good luck
