woohoo weight loss results

well just over one month ago,I "treated" myself to a Lateral Thigh Trainer, and weighed in at a whopping 17 stone(I work from home, and was really bad for just picking at food all day,as well as normal meals etc,)have just weighed myself after month of the Lateral thingy and good diet, and am now 15 and a half stone,so woohoo it so far seems to be working,am really enjoying it,bored with the dvd,so will start playing music and going on it,

well I never found the time to do ww,or any of those things,I am usually left alone with the dogs,as hubby works away quite a lot,I love my lateral thigh trainer, initially a bit scarey as am afraid of heights, hahaha,
I refuse to buy new nice clothes until I have lost at least another two stone,(wishful thinking)so am sticking to buying cheapo stretchy trousers etc,and then I shall go berserk in the shops,I too managed to put on a ton of weight with six dogs,I work from home, and once they have had an early morning walk, thats them done for the day, only awaking to bark at the door,or breakfast and dinner,I have taken to taking two of the youngsters out for second walk in the evening, one is a very strange female Mastiffs, that I had sold but ended up buying back as they did not do the right thing by her(total headcase)and the other is a nervous male, who was fine up until he had a scare at a show, and no one can get close enough to him now to touch him,no aggression whatsoever,so am making a mega effort in trying to socialise him, although easier said than done as he weighs in at 17 stone now,and when he tries to run off, well you tend to go with him, hahahaa
but its coming off,and amazingly not that slowly, although I am expecting that to slow down,a wee bit

Well done you, and the good thing is you will have built up muscle so would have lost more than that fatwise.

I've lost 3 1/2 stone since January (that was at last weigh in 2 weeks ago), the next weigh in is in 2 weeks time so fingers crossed.

Keep up the good work
