Brushing teeth/clipping claws

Loki has been sooooo good - amazingly so. He let me do his claws; he even let me file them down; although I did have to make sure he was occupied with a pig's ear.

He even let me have a go at brushing his teeth - for a short time anyway. I think he quite enjoyed it.

Who else cuts claws/brushes teeth?

haha i used to be able to clip indies claws whilst distracting her with treats. but now she freaks out! cant do it at all.lol.

have never brushed her teeth! not sure if i shud! she does get alot of bones.

Well done with loki tho thats impressive

Hi yes i do too, although my lot do a runner when they see the nail clippers and tooth descaler appear.

I try! scrump tends to just chew the toothbrush, so i tried the one you put on your finger, but i end up with my finger being chewed lol!!

I clip thier claws, but I like my hands way to much to attempt brushing teeth again

I do nails and teeth but it takes 2 of us. OH holds them down and I have the best job of doing it

mine all love toothbrushing they standd in a line with tails wagging ......ME FIRST ME FIRST LOL ..but i have brushed since they were 8 weeks old so it's part of our grooming routine

My hubby does all the clipping, we don`t do teeth, dental chews sort that out, Rocky bolts the minute he sees Joe with the nail clippers, they don`t mind getting their tails/whiskers trimmed.

I don`t do it cos Im afraid I might hurt them-stupid I know.
