is he the only 1

i have noticed that Leo tries to stick his tongue as far down Grace's neck as he can he has done is a few times to tara but she always stops him but grace will let him. im sure that when he does it she can't breath. is he the only 1 that does it???

Hi Bobbie I guess what you are describing is when both dogs are playing with mouths wide open ? yes have seen similar when lots of puppies are playing together. I think if Leo oversteps the mark Grace will eventually give the tongue a quick nip then I don't think Leo will do it again Dogs do all sorts of strange things when playing

Puppies will lick & nibble an adult dog's mouth in the hope that it will regurgitate food which the pup can then eat. However, I have not heard of a dog/pup actually pushing its tongue down another dog's throat, which is what you seem to be describing ? Sounds to me like a good way to lose part of a tongue if both are adults!

well Leo is an adult and grace is getting there lol. he dont do it in play he just gets up and does it. well i hope she stops him soon.

ps i always stop him when i see him do it
