when do you have yours?

christmas dinner i mean

we have ours on christmas Eve and then have bits all day on xmas day, the kids eat the whole dinner instead of being full on choccie, and they sleep well on a full belly too

when do you have yours?

We have ours on Xmas day usually dead early say around 3pm this year is a bit different cause my folks are coming up and are taking us out so no washing up!!! Usually its just myself and Kyle and sometimes his friend who comes from the other side of Scotland and cant make it home for Xmas with his family....

it is a good idea, its starts the xmas atmosphere, and the kids get all excited, we finish the meal with a pressie each for the kids.......... new pj's so they are all nice a new for father christmas

also you are not tied up cooking all day, you get more time to spend with the kids playing games etc, xmas day has never been so much fun

normally about 2ish on Christmas Day cos we're usually at mums but this year me and Stu are cooking it ( ha that'll be a laugh) so god knows what time we'll get it ( or what state it will be in )
But better aim for an early time or we'll both be sozzled

normally 2 ish but this year we having xmas dinner on boxing day with the family 22 of us...
my cooker will be working over time !!!!!! i am working in the evening so they will be playing party games till i get home ........

I usually aim for about 2ish but it depends how long everything takes to cook. Then we fall asleep. This year we are going to get the horses in early and then walk the dogs again so hopefully we have an appetite for tea.

I do like Christmas day tea sandwiches and trifle.
