In Agony

I've done something to my spine near the top. It was hurting this morning but as the day has progressed its got worse and worse.
It hurts to move my head. I cannot bend down or reach up, so am going to pay doctor a visit at 4.30 as pain relief doing nothing and I have work tommorow and can't stay like this all weekend or worse if it keeps going the way it is.
I can't even lay down its so painful, don't know what I've done, but whatever it was I darn well wish I hadn't.

He gave it some long name but basically thinks I have damaged the muscles coming from my spine so has put me on a high dose of Diclofenic.
I have taken the first dose but the pain is getting so bad now I can barely move.
Does anyone know if i can take paracetamol with the diclofenic as I can't take much more.

Have you read the leaflet that came with them?
That should tell you.

It doesn't say anything about other pain killers just indegestion tablets or remedies shouldn't be taken and be careful not to take more than the pescribed dose of Diclofenic.
