tattoos

hi, i have noticed that sam my shiba has a tattoo in his right ear, sam is a rescue dog and wondered if it was possible to find out what they are .thanks .

If you email the National Dog Tattoo Register on

tattoo@dog-register.co.uk

they will probably be able to give you details, it could be the previous owners details, or the breeders details or your dog could have been tattooed by the rescue organisation that you got him from.
