Here's Ivy! (Scottie puppy farm girl)

This is Ivy. She came to live with us last weekend, having spent her four years so far as a brood bitch on a welsh puppy farm. She was taken on by Many Tears Animal Rescue from where we adopted her, and she is doing so well. Im really proud of her.

When we first met Ivy she wanted to shrink into the floor, her little ears were glued to her head, no evidence of a tail and she did her very best to hide. She had no idea how to interact with people, only other dogs. Thats the life a puppy farmed bitch lives.

Now she's really beginning to come out of herself. She's doing all the things she never had a chance to do as a puppy, tipping up the bin, snatching things off the tables, and generally being a rascal, and Im delighted.

I know theres a long way to go, but I know Ivy will learn to trust people and to be loved.
