RSPCA called

My Daughter in Law and her neighburs have just phoned the RSPCA.
They have had a dreadful afternoon listening to a neighbour f-ing and blinding at her little boy.
THEN she started beating the dog. They could hear it screaming. So they phoned them and are waiting to see what happens
I will be interested to hear the outcome too

I just hope that the RSPCA actually do something -they are not usually very prompt and successful in dealing with such things unfortunately.

Your poor dil -she must be so upset.

She is in bits especially as she has 2 dogs herself
She is also thinking of calling the police because she is worried about the little boy.
Oh I hope something is done about it.

I too was going to suggest the police Nippy - both for the little boy and for the dog. Perhaps if the police contact the RSPCA they might take it more seriously, but to be honest in my experience they tend to do sod all.

Not quite sure what they DO do actually, other than make television programmes which show them doing things that they NEVER do in real life, and spend a fortune on fighting hunting etc.
