A weekend with my boys.

Firstly I relaxed in to my weekend on Friday afternoon by doing some filing with the help of one of the work dogs -

As you can see he found it very exciting...

I then got home to find my Dad had arrived at mine, at which point all rules go out of the window apparently -

The evening was mostly spent with sleeping dogs, a good fire and some booze...

After Dad left the following morning with Scooby and Sally in tow the youngsters settled down for a well deserved nap -

Although there were some very strange sleeping positions...

In the evening Malcolm took it upon himself to have a weird half hour of staring at the floor (I came to the decision it was either a rat or a ghost).

On Sunday we went for a walk and practiced our group shots although Malcolm did insist on shutting his eyes for the first one -

The second one went better -

Then they went off and did lots of sniffing -

Not to be outdone by the youngsters the oldies decided to get in on this posing malarkey -

Then later on in the afternoon Scooby returned from his break away at my Dad's to have a stern talking to about rolling in poo. Something tells me he couldn't have cared less...

I like to think a lovely weekend was had by all, unfortunately I forgot to take photo's of Saturdays walk but it wasn't very exciting so that's my excuse!

Thank you for looking

Thanks Mini. I'm getting there slowly, the docs are still messing around with my meds. The tiredness, pain and brain fog are taking there toll mostly. The reason the Saturday walk was boring was because I wasn't up to much I'm on light duties in the afternoons at work but with my manager being away last week that hasn't really happened. Back to the docs on the 11th where hopefully I'll get more answers. I'm meant to be going to crufts on Thursday to help with the rescue agility, fingers crossed I am up to it!

Thank you Crystal. They have become a proper little group lately which is really lovely. I'm looking forward to many more years with them

Aww thank you Brandykins I do have a bit of a theme with mine lol. They certainly like to keep me busy! Luckily they are all also expert nappers so I do get some peace a quiet.

It has been pretty lovely Bluejay. Lets just say group shots aren't quite our forte but we're working on it!

I think my dogs like my dad to! There really are no rules when he's around...

Bert was really happy with me filing when I sat on the floor so he could get on my lap but I found I couldn't work so I had to go and get a chair at which point he went in to a sulk! The poor boy has been in rescue a year now so has some serious quality time to catch up on. I did appreciate him keeping the paperwork warm though!

Oh man alive I love your dogs - I'm a sucker for mixed breeds and even more so when rescue mixed breeds.
