Chloe the Show Dog!!!
Hey,
Well, as im sure a lot of you know Chloe has had a few problems recently. In December she had to have a caesarian because of complications with giving birth to her puppies and everything we wrong and we nearly lost her!! Then, after getting over that, only 5 weeks later she managed to snap her cruciate ligament when she was having a walk and had to have a pretty big operation for that. And to top it all, her allergies (wheat, dust and grass!) have flared up again in the last couple of months
So, as a treat for her, we decided to take her along to the little open show we took her puppies to today!
They also had a companion show going on so we entered her in a couple of classes and she came Third in 'Prettiest Bitch' and she came FIRST in 'Dog the Judge would most like to take home'!!
So.. For all you showing people, here's how to win classes.. When the judge comes up to your dog, get it to put its head on the ground (preferably on or near the judges feet!) and stick its bum in the air! Then, when the judge has examined that area, get the dog to roll on its back and wiggle across the ground!
Worked for Chloe anyway! The judge adored her
