Stressful times owning a dog

Ive just cut K's nails all by myself for the very first time. She's a white dog so its easy to see the quick but i was TERRIFIED. My hand was shaking and she thought it was a game and tried to bite the clippers but in the end she settled down and "clip". I thought she'd hate it but she didnt even flinch. Good girl I mananged to get through them all without hurting her but thought it was quite stressful. Being a grooomer defo isnt for me

I'm not brave enough either. I got Bun's clipped whilst she was under for spay.......

I'm definitely a complete wuss.......

Thats another thing Im worried about, her getting spayed. And I worry about my Basset getting stolen (never had a pedigree dog before of my own). Full of irrrational fears I am
