Brave Jake

I just got a grass seed out of Jake's eye, using a couple of capsules of eye drops we've got for when your eyes get tired from contacts and the corner of a kleenex. (With Aloe Vera. ) It took a bit of chasing round, but got the damn thing in the end! Jake was very good and didn't complain at all while all this was going on. He normally thinks it's a game when I try to wipe his eyes, but he sat very still and didn't mind me prizing his eyelids apart! Good boy!

Tut! Did the vet not have any colour other than green? Something to suit his natural shade p'raps?

Jake's eye survived my poking it about, nice and clean this AM. It was a hell of a game persuading that damn seed out!
