Failte gu Dogweb, Tirnanog! I'm the nutcase from Orkney, driven daft by two crazy Border Collies (farmyard tykes who think they're nobility!). Sad to hear of your loss, but I believe that people should dive back in at the deep end! I've a plan to get another BC when I lose one of mine (God forbid!) - if only because I think that rearing and training a new pup will cut the grief at the loss. I have even picked a name for him or her already...........

male: Thorgeir the Lawsayer (I'm a fan of Icelandic sagas!)
female: Rysa (it's a wee island that I can just make out from my porch)

My current pair have saga names as it is.......
Kali Kolsson (his name was chosen four years before he was born)
Snorri the Priest also chosen before he was born)

Snorri

Diolch yn Fawr - SNORRI - love your Web site - as I said I'm an oldie and growing old disgracefully - I would have got another dog but cannot walk at the moment as I am just out of hospital - I need a good Celtic name - thinking of Bran from the Mabinogion for my next best friend
