For those of you who do house sitting

Ash and I celebrate our 5th year wedding anniversary in Oct and we would like to go away . We hope to take the boys to Euro Disney for 2 nights. We have looked into the possibilty of her going to someone but I dont think she will settle and neither will I. Also I would prefer she could have 1-2-1 care.

I have someone coming to see us next week who runs a home/dog sitting service. She has excellent reviews and is full insured etc. She sounds lovely too

So to you who do sitting

1 How do dogs act to being left and you coming into their homes?

2 I am being charged £25 PN is that fair (seems cheap to me)

3 where will she sleep? I have no probs her sleeping in my bed

4 Is it worth doing a 1 night trial? ( ash's idea I tend to lean to just going for it)

5 how do I relax? lol

I am dreading leaving her but the kids are of an age where its now or never so I feel I should go...plus I would really quite like to go
