Just arranged Tillys 1st PAT visit!

Have just booked Tilly in for her 1st Pat visit at a local residential home. Its taken a while! A lot of places on the waiting list did not bother replying to my messages/emails which is a tad annoying. But just spoken to a very nice lady from the home and they sound really keen, have said they really looking forward to us going. Have just arranged one visit for now to see that they like us and we like them! But Im really excited about it, even though its not for another 2 weeks! All I have to do now is take in Tillys work jacket, she's not as porky as I thought!!

Looking forward to hearing how it goes

How annoying that the places didn't bother to reply to you...even if they have changed their minds it would've been courtesy just to let you know.

How exciting!! I know how much you've been looking forward to this and it's great knowing that very soon Tilly will be spreading a bit of her terrier magic to people who need it.

Thanks Claire. Maybe I should put the tutu on her. If that doesnt break the ice, nothing will!!
I hope they enjoy it though. Would make all the waiting worthwhile.

Oh that is exciting. Do let us know how it goes.

Dale found his first visit very tiring. We were there just under an hour, but even that was a bit much. Its the only time he's ever looked really exhausted. It might be worth explaining that you'd rather start with shorter visits and build it up.

Aw that's so cool, I hope it goes well for you both I'd really like Molly to become a PAT dog but I fear she's still a little 'intense' for it at the moment
