Goodbye Bessie :(

Our old girl Bessie was PTS yesterday morning 10.30am.
She had had strokes and was on tablets, she seemed to get better but would have off days.
Yesterday morning she couldnt stand up and was sick. The last week or so she had lost alot of weight
I took her to the vet and they put her to sleep
She was 15 or 16 so had a good life but its still really horrible...

We will miss her so much

I'm so sorry for your loss - she looked a lovely, cheeky girl.

As you say, she has had a good life, but that doesn't stop the pain of losing her.
