Monty Moo is at Day Care Today!

Monty is having his first day at day care today!

I know he will be fine, I just hope Chris (his trainer) is!

We are hoping to do it twice a week if all goes well today, it is a bit of a bargain really, £6 for the day and he gets to have fun with other dogs, run around the field and Chris is even going to start doing some whistle recall with him today! We have our first one on one whistle recall training on Friday so wish me luck with that!

Oh and Chris has to go and help his friends poorly chickens this afternoon and I won't be back from work in time so he is taking Monty with him and I am meeting him there after work! I reckon Monty Moo should be tired tonight!!

I couldn't get anyone to walk him at that price, never mind keep him all day! We pay £11 for daycare and he goes once or twice a week. They don't do any specific training though.

Thanks for the replies guys!

I think this is the only thing in cornwall we have cheap lol!
He is great though, and it is on a farm where there are loads of fields and animlas and everything, pretty ideal really, especially as it is only 5mins up the road!

I really do miss going home to him at lunch time though, and it has only been one day lol!

He does boarding aswell, he isn't a proper kennels or anything he just boards for the dogs he trains, think that is why he does it so cheap as he also gets money for training the dogs!

I will update tonight or tomorrow morning on how Monty's day went and if he behaved or not!

Well...............

I have one very tired pup!

Apparently he was very well behaved, played lots and even did well on the start of his whistle training!!

Chris said he was playing for ages with his two God-Daughters who are 4 and 6 - Monty loves children so I can imagine he had a lovely time!

It was lovely picking him up though as he was glad to see us, which made me feel loved!!

Chris is boarding a Jack Russell at the mo so he was his main play mate today, along with Honey Chris's whippet who Monty sees every week at training!

Thanks for looking guys!
