I was looking for a rodent wheel and I came across this, am I getting the wrong end of the stick, or is this really that 'type' of wheel but for dogs

that is so weird! i wouldnt think they would be good for dogs... i would imagine it would need to be huge so it doesnt have a bad effect on their back... i also dont like the product description

Pressed for time to walk the dog? The GoPet Canine Exercise Wheel walks the dog for you! The exercise wheel is a great way to keep your pet trim and help encourage a healthy cardiovascular system and strong muscles. Wall mounted.
imagine using that to exercise your dog rather than walk them! there is no stimulation in the wheel...

It's horrible. It's only for dogs up to 14" tall, poor little chaps! And why would you want such a monstrosity in your house? Why not spend the money on employing a human dog walker?

That's just totally bizarre!!!!

IMO there is no substitute for taking your dog OUT for walks. That's just for lazy people who shouldn't own dogs in the first place!

I wouldn't have one (they are hideous) but I bet my girl would LOVE it - she became obsessed with the treadmill and would insist on going on it every evening while I had dinner before we went for our walk... danger of lazy owner itis though and I don't like how it looks enclosed - with the treadmill Noob could jump on and off when she chose to ...
