Bluebell Railway

On Friday 26th June, I took Jackie for a day out on the Bluebell Railway - we had a fab time and here are loads of photos for you to grin at

Station approach:

The inevitable shop:

Platform ticket, anyone?

Loved this old sign:

The waiting room:

Inside a carriage:

The station dog:

And now us......

Jackie - known affectionately by me as "Muvva" - she doesn't scrub up bad for an old (66) bird, does she?

Me:

Needless to say we had a fab day and laughed for most of it

Thanks for looking

Lovely pics, I used to take my boys there around 15 - 20 years ago when they were into Thomas the Tank Engine, they had them all there (even the fat controller) & they loved it!

Great pictures as you say very nostalgic, especially that railway carriage. What memories that brought back
Loved the one of you pole dancing, what are you like?

Good pics. I'm glad you enjoyed it.
Its about the only railway I haven't been taken on, but no doubt OH will get me there one of these days. At least railways are usually dog friendly
