Swallows

Best shots I could get today....they were flying quite high.

At about 9pnm last night they were making a hell of a racket...went outside and neighbours cat was creeping under the gate....Will have to listen out for them as the fledglings are almost ready to fly.

What fantastic shots you got there, captured that forked tail very well! I since found out mine are swifts because of the lack of that forked tail! Well done and thanks for sharing these brilliant shots of them.

Thank you....its the easy way to tell when the fledgligs are out...they lack the full tail (and the aerobatics!)

I will keep an eye out and see if I can get some pics when they bring the 2nd clutch out, its amazing to watch them coaxing the youngsters on with food help just out of reach
