Tango did good

We took her to a fun dog show today (along with Cosmo) at a horse sanctuary, she was vERY bouncy around the other dogs...but she settled really well after a while. She gets really fixated if she thinks theres a chance she will get to them...but is improving sooooo much. I was really chuffed. Shes been with us 3 months now and is starting to come on in leaps and bounds, despite her being so poorly after her op. I was just so proud that she would walk past somedogs with no problem (if I had hotdog of course...small steps!!!!)

To top off her great training day (which is what it is for her really...) she won the Best Rescue class and came third in prettiest bitch. Not to be outdone of course...Cosmo came first in waggiest tail.
A good day all round and the place was fab. Think I may volunteer there at some point in the future, fantastic people.

Tango did good though...so pleased with the girly!

Awww, well done Tango. I think things like this are such a great place for socialising - so much going on.

and congratulations to both her and Cosmo on their rosettes - well deserved

congratulations to her and cosmo! you must be very proud!

brilliant to hear that she is heading in the right direction with her socialising too. my collie was an anti-social nightmare when i first got him and when i see him letting other dogs sniff him now it makes me so happy. who'd have thought bottom sniffing could mean so much!

oh and are there any photos?
