Old classic fetch, I hide a toy or a small treat and they try and find it, Hide and seek where i hide, catch and now and then football but i normally end up face down in mud.

We play hide and seek with treats which includes the words "warm" and "cold" funny how she knows what these mean now

Catch, fetch and sometimes I'll hide and whistle once and see if she can find me

OMG! Our games really aren't that sophisticated

We have:
1. Tug-of-war
2. I'm-gonna-getchoooo! (ie. we chase her)
3. The version where she chases us
4. As above but where we hide round corners and pounce on her when she chases us
5. Piggy(Bongo)-in-the-middle
6. Throw (non-terrier owners might know this one as Fetch )
7. The Hand-bitey game (Imagine you're operating a sock puppet, then try to "bite" dog's jaws together between thumb and fingers while dog tries to bite either your fingers or your thumb!!!)
8. Good old-fashioned puppy-wrestling
9. Hunt the sardine (in the garden - we obviously don't hide sardines behind the curtains orunder seat cushions)

I'm sure some people disapprove of some of the rougher games, but we've put in a lot of hard work from the start so she has a very soft mouth.

We have a good old fashioned game of chase. Only problem is, they run a lot faster than me and I end up chasing them

Ivan just loves fetching but doesn't really like releasing what he has brought back to you. If you try to take it off him he shakes his head. Its funny because it looks like he is saying "no you can't have it back" lol
