Eight days a year wasted sorting computer problems

From software bugs to crashes, we waste up to eight days a year sorting computer problems.

And waiting for a machine to boot has been revealed as the most frustrating IT problem.

One in five people admit attacking their computer in anger while others just shout at it.

In a survey of 4,000 Europeans, Microsoft found the most stressful problems were:

1 Waiting for start-up
2 Pop-ups and notifications
3 Accessing wi-fi
4 Laptop battery down
5 ID theft and security

Question is, when are MS going to do something about it for their customers?

Personally I spend a lot of time with my computers, tailoring them to my needs, not fixing problems.

Having more than one PC helps......and having a son working on tech support helps even more.

Most frustrating part is actually being First Line Support...which is me so I waste 8 hours a day 5 days a week 52 weeks of the year LOL
