Kelly - 2 year old female American Bulldog X
Kelly, American Bulldog X, DOB 04/10 – Gatwick, Surrey
Homing requirements: Kelly requires a family around her who can enjoy her young vibrant, intelligent and loving energy. She needs training and support. She would enjoy a good sized garden which is secure with regular routine exercise. She still has puppy ways that she is working through. Her family will focus on her socialisation, to build her confidence and skills in this area.
Her Story: Kelly was found stray unchipped, unspayed with no collar as a 1-2 year old medium sized American Bull cross. She is now spayed, going through vaccination and chipping. She is in boarding kennels awaiting a foster or forever home.
Advert: Kelly is striking in looks, youth and friendliness. She settles alongside dogs well, though in kennels gets a little worked up, not understanding the falseness of this environment. She is easy to manage and handle; receptive and loving in all her exchanges with people. She has a puppy feel of "if in doubt she is on the floor presenting her tummy in submission"! Travels well in a crate on journeys and settles well in the passenger seat too. Will chew through a lead to free herself, such is her intelligence!
Kelly is a young American Bulldog girl, in very good health, 'pristine' health in fact. Sunny nature, despite her current predicament. Versatile and will suit a family looking for an affable, trainable, medium to large dog. No doubt she would be good around children especially given time and patience to settle, with engagement in expectation and within a supportive regime.
Please note this dog is currently in boarding kennels and is also available for foster until a 'forever' home is found.
