Operation on Monday(girly problems)

well finally something is being done about my lady bits.

i've had problems for over 10yrs now with heavy and painful periods, to the point of near collapse with pain. normal painkillers dont work.
most doctors have brushed it all off as womens problems, get over it, sort of attitude

i went to the doctors with break through bleeding and ended up having swabs and a smear and thats when they found a polyp on my cervix, which is causing the bleed.

i went to the Gynocologist on thursday, who tried to remove it but its too big so i'm now booked in for monday morning to have the offending blighter removed and a camera to see if there are any more in my womb.

atm i'm nervous to say the least, but i want it sorted and hopefully this will be the end of it all unless something else is found

Good luck for Monday I know I was having to consider a hysterectomy a couple of years back and the thought terrified me. Luckily it got better on its own. (So far).

It will be nice for you to have things back too normal.
