The Norties - Utonagans

On January 27 I went over with The Girls to see their breeder Lyn B. It was exactly 12 months to the day that I had taken 2 fluffy little bundles of nortiness home with me.
She took some piccies and has just sent them over to me, and here they are
Maelona

Cariad

The Norties

with Lyn

They were unbelievably good in the car going over (a 2 hour journey) and also when we got to Lyn's. Bear in mind they live outside so are not really used to being in a house, but conducted themselves really well. So well, in fact, that nobody understands why I call them the Norties!!!!

let me tell you this little gem...

I was wondering where all the soil was coming from in the yard....finally realised they had dug through the concrete under the back step
Soooo, last week when they were in kennels whilst I was away at OH's, Andy (my intrepid builder) filled the hole up and concreted it over.
Girls were back Monday afternoon, Tuesday morning, yeah you've got it...hole was there again
I think they just sprout the horns with me. I phoned up the kennels to say I was on my way to pick them up, and he said 'they could stay here for ever for me, they are brilliant!!'

But gardens are meant to be mud, the more mud the better, they must think its good for the complexion.
I think I may have 2 norties too coz my garden was once a beautiful cottage style with flowers & shrubs, its now more like a lunar surface.

Luz, it is the back yard which is paved over so I can keep it clean and smelling sweet
they have actually Dug Down through the concrete where the paving meets the wall under the back door step.
I am phoning McAlpines tomorrow to see if they are of any use to them
My garden is at the front and there is Absolutely No Chance In This World of them getting their large mucky paws on it
