Kiss curl
Oscar has developped a 'kiss curl' , due to wearing a harness. Any suggestion how I can get his coat to lie flat again?

Try using thinning scissors to thin it out a bit and get it to lie flat.

get a drying coat ....give him a bath and put him in the coat to get the coat flat
google it ann hall drying coats
they are the best
