Ipod Tape Player Thing???

My new car has no CD player, and i dont have any spare cash at the moment to buy one and have it fitted etc. It only has a tape player. But someone at work was saying that you can get something that plays your ipod through a tape. He also said it only costs like £5

Has anyone heard of this or is he taking the pi$$ out of me?? And if so, do i need to be an electrical genius to do it??
