Pigs Feet

I went to Widnes today & in the market there is a butcher who has different freezers in front of his stall with different dog food in - Marrow Bones £1 a bag. Chicken wings, Pork bones, Mince & Pigs feet 3 for a £. Anyway I bought a bag of the pigs feet & some marrow bones. (didnt have room in the freezer to buy any more)
An hour ago I gave Taffy a pigs foot for his tea - after looking at it & then at me as though to say "What the H*** is that!!" he started nibbling it. He's still at it. Its certainly keeping him amused longer than a dish of Kibble does
He has had raw now & again when I can get it or have room in the freezer.

Mine love pigs feet, and they last for ages!

No-one round here ever seems to have them though.

Lucky you I gave Ranger a pigs foot 2 weeks ago, and he just uncovered it yesterday from where he dug a hole for it! It was very bizarre actually, he nibbled it for a wee bit, walked round it a few times, then picked it up and stashed it in a corner of the living room. When any of us walked past he picked it up again and walked round the house with it in his mouth. I let him outside and he promptly went to a flower bed and buried it!
