Desert island - what would you take?

Here's the set-up: You're stranded on a desert island, with shelter, fresh water, basic food and any medical supplies you might need to get through. You don't actually need anything else, but what 3 "luxury" items would you choose to have there with you? And just to make it more tricky, no people or pets!

my mascara/one of those all in one knives/a tent.

think we've done this thread before, and the majority was a laptop and internet so peeps could go on dogsey

I'd probably have my ipod, a TV and a mobile

A bloody big knife in case I came across any unfriendly wildlife or locals!!

seriously though - laptop, music player (and limitless CD's), limitless books

1/ Enough lager so I couldn't care less where I was

2/ Enough ciggies to out last the lager


3/ And one of them windup radios

I like the laptop idea, although I'm not sure how many desert islands have wi-fi

Mine would be:

1. A hairbrush!!! Otherwise, with my hair, I'd end up with one big dredlock after about a week!

2. A pack of playing cards

3. A guitar - I can't play, but what better opportunity to learn than all that time alone with no neighbours to complain about the noise!
