Leaving dogs home alone

i have 2 boxers,i work 3 hours a day,and worry about them home alone,
they have beds in the utility room, and a training pad at the door.and plenty of toys.
i always let them out and feed before i go to work, and weather permitting walk them,
they have dentasticks at night but is there anything i can give them to keep them occupied whilst im out
they are 12 and 5 months old,

Aw 3 hours isn't so bad you know xxx

You say weather permitting you walk them - i would recommend walking them every morning...it will wear off excess energy so when you leave for work they will be ready for a snooze. It will also make sure they have plenty of toilet stops. Then maybe they shouldn't need the puppy pads?

When Keisha was a pup and the days we left her for quite long periods she skipped her brekkie and I froze her rice and pilchards in a massive kong. She would spend hours licking it out . I also rotated her toys so she didn't get bored of playing with the same ones.
