Good evening all.

A changeable day here. Lovely while we were out and then the heavens opened and the winds blew. Calmed down again now.

Aw, Kelly. Big hugs. hope the feeling better lasts for you.

Car serviced this morning in the record time of 45 minutes. It has been known to have to wait three and a half to four hours in the past. OH even got back in time to get out as usual

Had an horrific head attack on Saturday night. Literally thought my head was going to explode. It only lasted 10 to 15 seconds, but left me feeling really light headed. Fine the next morning, but now every twinge frightens the life out of me

Good evening everyone

Hope you now stay feeling well Kelly

Also hope you get no more dreadful headaches Chris

As you can see we took the girls to Sovereign Harbour this afternoon. They enjoyed throwing stones in the sea and the highlight of the trip was an ice cream at the end My car is now loaded with cardboard and polystyrene from Ben's shed so that I have room to put their new bicycles in there tomorrow.

Love the photo and I bet the girls love it. Making memories is all part of the grandparent experience

The headaches won't go away unfortunately Sue, but I'm hoping for the milder ones in future
