BUPA Manchester 10K - again!

I'm posting to ask a favour from you...

Last year, I ran my first 10K in Manchester, for the Lymphoma cancer charity.

I've been persuaded to do it again this year, but instead, I'm running for the Christie Hospital. It's a place that is very close to our family, that we've all spent a lot of time in over the last few years.

As you may know, I was recently an outpatient at Christies whilst having my stem cells harvested. Hevvur was then in isolation for over a month after the transplant.
The care from all the staff at Christies has been fabulous, from the cleaners to the doctors and nurses who have treated me and my sister.
