LOL, Azz. I have visions of you with flame torch...
Le Creuset are fab. The best bit of cookware we own and still going strong after 15 years is a casserole. The lid has no knob and so can be used flipped over on the hob. You basically brown it all on the hob in the lid, add everything to the main dish then casserole. a one pot meal!
They seem expensive but are still going strong so worth spending the extra.Don't buy the non-stick stuff from them though as it does not last so well.
