Dogs on Beaches

Have the restrictions come back into force yet, or anyone know when they do?

Looking for a nice beach to go to from Harrogate (so probably scarborough/Brid area).

I know that on Mablethorpe beach, when the season is in, only allows dogs on one side of the beach and not on the other.

It's first of April on the beaches round here (Norfolk).

We will have to go to Southwold before then as we love it there! Very up-market sort of place and like going back in time so not your typical seaside touristy place like Great Yarmouth.

Hi, I'm in Scarborough and dogs are allowed on beach from 30 Sept to 1 May.

Usually April 1st here on Gower, but there are lots of beaches where dogs are allowed all year round, the resticted ones are mostly the ones with council owned car parks.

We are hoping to go somewhere next weekend so should be ok with the restrictions, just got to decide where!

Same in Torbay.

There are a few doggy friendly beaches along the North Wales Coast.... Barmouth has a doggy end, the one furthest away from the town... Llandudno has a doggy end.. the end furthest away from the pier, we have been to Kinmel bay which not sure if there are restrictions as never seen a notice but a fair few people walk their dogs there.

1st may til 30th october dogs are not allowed on our beaches (Suffolk)...unless you walk right thru the nature reserve & use the beach there
