Dog chipping

hello all. Does anyone know how much it costs to have your dog chipped? Thanks all. Can you get a discount for being on benefits?

If you have a Dog's Trust near you I think they do it for free or for a discount if you're on benefits.

Or you could ring your council and ask them.

It cost us £15 to have Jobie chipped, most vets I think are £15-30 (around here anyway). Not sure about benefits though.

I think the RSPCA do it for around £25...... although ours is included in our adoption fee I saw a sign on their wall the other day, but can't remember exactly how much.

Local dog warden should do it free for you.. its in their interest to be able to get in touch with you should you 'misplace' your dog lol

The price totally varies from place to place.
My vets charge £10, my Mums vets charge £37!
I charge £25, as the vets nearest me is my Mums, and charge £37.
