If you had concerns

Over a breeder would you voice them to the possible new owner of one of their pups ?

If they haven't taken the pup then I'd definitely say something. If they already have a new puppy I'd bite my tongue as the decision has been made.
After we'd got Chip someone made a couple of comments about the breeder and I wished she'd said it sooner. Mind you I wouldn't swap him for anything now and he's turned out fine.

Thanks everyone

I don't like getting involved really, but I know they charge alot of money for different coloured pups, purely based on colour not quality, they also seem to be breeding for the money rather than to improve and add to the breed.

They have had a large amount of litters in the past four years, with another two due this year and the stud dog is allowed to cover any bitch regardless of whether or not she is KC Registered, and bred to standard.

Sal, I agree with Dale's mum...

I would definitely rather know before getting the pup but if I'd already got the pup I wouldn't appreciate people voicing their concerns afterwards as there's no way I'd be returning the pup by then and it just makes you worry when it's too late.
