Most unusual Mix entrants - please read
Dear entrants,
Our collator had an unfortunate problem with her messages and no longer has your entry info - please can you resend it asap.
As soon as they have all been received the awards can be completed for the presentations to go ahead as soon as possible.
You don`t need to resend your photos, just the text requirements please with a note of which post number your dogs photo appears on :

The handlers names of course being on the pm`s
Those are the bits the Show Sec
needs to know for preparing the awards, the collator needs all the entrants info as above then she will be given the post numbers of the dogs which have been placed and their info will then be given to me so I can complete the awards images - asking for everyone`s info to be sent to the collator again is the only fair way to not let on whose dogs have been placed rather than giving the placed dogs post numbers and asking the owners of those dogs to re-send their info, can`t go spoiling the presentations that way so we need everyone`s original info which was sent in
