Homer & Marge (Cockatiels)

This is Homer and Marge, We've had them several years now and they are currently sitting on a nest of 4 eggs.

Marge is very friendly & Homer is very social but at a distance He'll chat and sit on your finger but is not "easily" handled.

They have only had 1 egg hatch previously but the chick did not survive Maybe they'll have better luck this time

More pics as I get them to sit still

Good luck with it mate. I have one cockatiel now, a male called Lou who is about 15-17ish. His friend died last year. He is a nasty little sod but was scared of the budgies he shared with a few years back and the zebra finches were mean to him.

Skye my lab also decided to pick him up so he bit the inside of her mouth.

Ty Dk,

Hey Phill,
Our male is also quite aggressive. He is stick trained and from there will go on your hand aslong as it doesnt move, lol
Im hoping this goes well and I can keep one of the chicks to be completely hand tame. Marge the F is very friendly but did distance herself from us a little when we got homer.

Both birds love to go to the dogs and even the cat, lol
Hard to keep an eye on them all esp as the saliva from the dogs can poison the birds! But they all get on well, Thank f*ck

(off to look at your website )
